We’re doing our best to support as many dogs as we can, but we have a long waiting list.  So, when we loan you a wheelchair or stroller, we ask a few simple things in return:

1. We don’t charge a loan fee – but we need to ask you for £20 upon application which covers admin and our courier costs). Payment can be made into the charity account via bank transfer, or by PayPal:

2.  It’s very important to confirm delivery of the equipment upon arrival – all our wheelchairs and strollers are vital and in short supply, so if it hasn’t arrived we need to get in touch with the courier immediately to ensure it hasn’t been lost or stolen.

3.  As a not-for-profit organisation we rely on donations to buy and repair our wheelchairs and strollers. And you can help us to support more dogs to stay mobile and happy by sending regular updates.  We’ll share these with our supporters to show them the amazing difference their donations make, and encourage others to do the same (every penny counts!).

4.  And, finally, when it’s no longer needed (or if your dog hasn’t been able to get used to using it) – please send the wheelchair or stroller back as soon as you can*.  We know how hard it is dealing with the death of a beloved dog, but we hope you find comfort in knowing that we’ll be able to help another dog in need.  Our return address is:  10 Lindsey Avenue, Great Cornard, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 0DT.

* All our wheelchairs and strollers always remain the property of Winston’s Wheels charity.  If you can’t afford to return the equipment, please let us know and we’ll arrange for a courier to collect it.
